Buying Bath Toys for Children
There are many gifts that you can buy for young children but one thing they love above all else is something to play with when they are in the bath. A lot of children love bath time and that is why it is important to make this a time when they can have fun. I know of children who would spend hours in the bath if they were let playing with their favourite bath toys. I have even heard of children who will play with bottles of shampoo or shower gel when there are no toys to hand. There are so many different bath toys that you can buy today but the first one that springs to mind when anyone mentions a bath toy is rubber ducks.
However, there are many other toys that can be bought for the bath these days and there are even bath toys available from a range of popular children’s characters. Toys in the bath make it more exciting for children and they will allow their parents to wash their bodies and hair with minimum fuss while they have something to play with.
The Rubber Duck
Rubber ducks have been enchanting children at bath time for years and are usually made from vinyl or rubber. Although the traditional rubber duck was yellow, these days they come in a range of different colours and sizes. There are even rubber ducks in character such as pirate rubber ducks, or rubber ducks in different clothing.

Sail Boats
Another popular bath time toy is the sail boat. Children with sail boat toys naturally want to put them in water and the best place for this is the bath. There are many rubber sail boats available for bath time play these days because they are more suited to young toddlers because they are softer. The traditional sail boat was made of hard plastic and was not the best toy for very young children.
Bubbles
While not exactly a toy, bubbles are something which will amuse your child no end. There are many soap bubbles that you can buy that are harmless for children and they will play with them for hours. Children love putting these bubbles on their hair, on their chin and generally blowing it all around the bathroom. Bubbles will keep your child amused in the bath and are cheap to buy.
